Went up a 40% (guessing) grade gravel driveway with wet leaves all over it, and it had a sharp turn. 4WD Low in your dad's truck (pictured, unless it gets nibbled) is pretty awesome.
Edit: Now that I've gotten some info (Thank you hammerheadfistpunch), I think it was a 30 degree slope

It feels good. Just FYI % Grade =/= degree slope. a 40% grade is ~21 degrees, which is still pretty steep. Not sure which one you meant.

I have no clue. I'm thinking it's like 30-35 degrees, and on the turn it's steeper

Wow. 40% grade means that for every hundred feet it travels forward it changes up or down 40% or feet. (generally expressed in feet). That is huge.

here's a decent rule of thumb, most suv's have a rollover point near 25-30% side hill. If you parked your truck perpendicular to the hill and gave it a little push, would it roll over? don't try it...obviously...just food for though. Another way to look at it is that most black runs on a ski resort are in between 30-38 degrees. 40 degrees is pretty damn steep.
